About Mark
Meet Mark Gallant
Hi, I’m Mark. I help active adults in Richmond move better, train smarter, and get out of pain—without bouncing between providers or getting stuck in the medical system.
I’ve been a physical therapist for over a decade, with advanced training in manual therapy, strength and conditioning, and human movement. My approach blends hands-on treatment, personalized exercise, and movement coaching to help you rebuild confidence and stay active for life.
Whether you’re dealing with stubborn pain, trying to get back to the gym, or just want to move and feel better, I’ll meet you where you’re at—and help you get where you want to go.
Outside of the clinic, I’m into live music, strength training, snowboarding, and spending time with my wife and our dog.
